“You don’t have any services” message displayed on My Account page

Aabaco Small Business customers are experiencing the following problems related to Billing:

  • When clicking the Billing Information link from the Business Control Panel, customers are seeing a message, “You don’t have any services“, but their service(s) are active.
  • Error when placing orders (upgrades, downgrades, reactivating a cancelled account): “An error occurred while processing your card. Please verify your information and try again, or enter a new card.
  • When trying to update payment methods, the Payment Method tab displays a message: “If you had a valid payment method on file with Yahoo Small Business that you do not see here, your information is still on file and active subscriptions are maintained. We are in the process of migrating all billing information, and your information should appear in the coming weeks.

We are aware of this issue and are actively working toward a resolution.
