Some time ago, we alerted our customers that some SSL URLs would be disabled eventually and they would need to update any references to the correct ones. If you are seeing failures at URLs like
“https://pX.secure.hostingprod.com/@XXXXXXXXXXXX.XXX/filename”
You can find the correct domain address when accessing your SSL Secure Server link in your Web Hosting Control Panel.
The domain address in your browser’s address bar will look like this:
“https://pX.secure.hostingprod.com/@XXXXXXXXXXXX.XXX”
Use this location instead of the outdated one and update all references to the correct location.
