We have learned that some Yahoo! Small Business customers may be unable to place new orders. Examples of a new order may include:
- Registration of a new account.
- Reactivation of a previously closed account.
- Downgrade or upgrade of an existing, active account.
Customers may see that when they try to place the order, the page may appear to be frozen and does not proceed further. Our engineering team is aware of this issue and is working to resolve it as quickly as possible.
